The Managing Director Discretionary Fund (MDDF) was instituted to award and plough back to the
communities served by Do Light Transport (PTY) Ltd. The company gets contentment in partnership with
community initiatives across a wide-spectrum involvement in funding, inter alia;
Education and Training, like
Early childhood development, e.g. like funding towards construction of Muofhe Youth And Children Upliftment Centre building;
Funding students tuition fees in various tertiary institutions;
Tertiary Institutions Educational Development Programs, e.g. University of Venda Foundation;
Computer Donations for Science and Maths Support Program;
Health, welfare and social development, e.g. house build for destitute family at Malamangwa;
Disaster Affected Areas, e.g. in partnership with Thulamela Municipality assisted Matsakali Village displaced by thunderstorm, etc.;
Sports and Recreational Development Programs, e.g. Kutama-Sinthumule Correctional Prison supporting inmates soccer with sporting facilties.
